Becoming Staff implies great responsabilities, but also personal coaching on how to Staff, how to build your own Shard, how to code in C# using Visual Studio for Ultima Online, full access to UO White Wolf code and GitHub, including a lifetime right to start your own Shard with UO White Wolf's code (as of latest GitHub update at the time of your latest VIP Subscription).
